This is an international outdoor sculpture competition held once every two years in the industrial city of Ube. In 1961, Japan's first large-scale outdoor sculpture exhibition "The 1st Ube City Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition" was held at Tokiwa Park, and continues to this day as the UBE Biennale. 40 selected model works and 15 outdoor sculptures selected from domestic and overseas submissions can be viewed at the UBE Biennale Sculpture Hill in fall. There will be a variety of figurative and abstract works filled with the artists' thoughts. Find your favorite one.
