The largest summer festival in Yanai City using ”Goldfish Lanterns”, the regional folk craft of Yanai City.
In the town area and Furuichi with a focus on the Yanai Station street and the white wall townscape of Kanaya, many events are held including the ”Goldfish Lantern Dance”and the ”Goldfish Nightime Parade”which are crowded with many people.
When the thousands of Goldfish Lanterns decorated all over the town are lit, Yanai’s night is wrapped in a magical atmosphere.
